Do you manufacture vending machines in Rwanda?
Yes. Moota Labs develops the product architecture, mechanical design, enclosure, electronics integration, software, assembly, testing and support for Drifter locally in Kigali. Some specialist components are sourced globally where necessary.
Can I buy a vending machine in Rwanda?
Drifter is available for commercial discussions in Rwanda. Contact us with your preferred location, product categories and operating plan so we can recommend an appropriate approach.
Can I lease or host a vending machine?
Leasing, hosting and partnership structures may be available depending on the location and project. We assess customer fit, access, operating responsibilities and commercial terms before confirming a model.
Does Drifter accept Mobile Money?
Drifter is designed for cashless vending and supports a Mobile Money payment experience. The payment configuration is confirmed for each deployment.
Can Drifter be used outside Rwanda?
Our current operating base and local support capability are in Rwanda. We are building toward East African and wider African markets and discuss regional opportunities case by case.
What products can be sold in the machine?
Typical products include packaged snacks, bottled drinks and cans. Capacity and channel configuration depend on package dimensions, product mix and the model proposed for the location.
Do you provide maintenance?
Yes. Local servicing and maintenance are central to Drifter in Rwanda, including diagnosis, component replacement and ongoing product improvements.
Is vending a viable business in Africa?
It can be when the location, product mix, pricing and operating discipline are right. Operators should validate demand, restock reliably, support cashless payments and plan for cleaning and maintenance. Moota Labs does not promise earnings.
